Privacy Policy

SecureNet LLC ("SecureNet") is a payment processing company. Merchants that are customers of SecureNet (each a "Merchant" and collectively, the Merchants") utilize SecureNet’s services to collect payments, including without limitation, payments being made by consumers (each a "Consumer" and collectively, and collectively, the "Consumers"). Consumers desiring to purchase goods or services from a Merchant, transmit their Information to the Merchant in person, by mail order, by telephone and/or over the Internet. In some circumstances the Merchant’s uses their own system to capture payments. In some circumstance the Merchant may use SecureNet’s applications and websites capture payments. In all cases however, Consumers know which Merchant they are dealing with, and in all cases the Consumers should be able to access and review the Merchant’s privacy policy which shall determine how the Merchant will use the Consumer’s Information.

Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.

Credit card numbers, debit card numbers, checking account numbers, transactional amounts, your name, street address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, payment history, and other information regarding credit or debit card information (the issuer of the card and the expiration date of the card).

What we do?
How does SecureNet protect my personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law.
These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does SecureNet collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you •Use your credit or debit card when acquiring goods and services from Merchant who is a customer of SecureNet.
•You permit a Merchant that is a customer of SecureNet to debit your checking account electronically.
We do not collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only
•Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes - information about your creditworthiness
•Affiliates from using your information to market to you
•Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. See below for more on your rights under state law.

Definitions
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Nonaffiliates we share with can include the banks which we clear transactions through, the Merchants whose transactions we process,sub-contractors, third party service providers, lawyers or auditors.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
Other important information

SecureNet will only disclose the Information to non-affiliated third parties:
(a) to the Merchant for whom SecureNet is capturing and clearing payment;
(b) to SecureNet’s bank for the purpose of clearing payments;
(c) if compelled by law to do so; and
(d) to our agents including, without limitation, sub-contractors, third party service providers, lawyers, or auditors as a part of SecureNet’s audit and compliance routines.

Nothing herein shall be construed to establish a trust or fiduciary relationship between SecureNet and any Consumer.
SecureNet reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version of this Policy on the Site. This Policy is effective as of February 23, 2012 and shall remain in effect until SecureNet amends, restates, supplements, or otherwise modifies or replaces this Policy. This Policy supersedes all previous versions of SecureNet’s privacy policy.
