Requires: B.S. in Computer Science with five years of related professional experience.

Position also requires:

Strong skills in object oriented analysis and design, including an understanding of design pattern; experience in building systems from front to back, from a client VI through to a server(s) providing underlying business functionality; excellent skills in developing client server, web based applications, windows form development, windows service, windows communication foundation (WCF), web services using .Net framework with C#; proficiency in C# with extensive hands on experience with ASP.Net ADO.Net, CSS, XMUXSL style sheets; expertise with development tools such as VS.Net (2008, 2005); Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Visual SourceSafe, SQL Server 2005/2008 and/or Oracle 10/11 g database experience; Stored Procedure skills using Transact-SQL/PL-SQL; expertise in planning and conducting thorough program testing including regression testing, user acceptance testing and sign-off specific change. Business to Business, Account Executive (Rockville, MD)

This is an exciting career opportunity where your experience and skills in B2B sales will be rewarded.

We are looking for a highly independent self-starter to enroll businesses with our credit card processing services. Experience in business-to-business sales as well as outside sales in commercial or domestic markets is required along with the ability to develop quotes and proposals for clients. SecureNet is based in Rockville, MD; however, this position is mostly face-to-face with businesses. Account Executives may work at our corporate office or work remotely.

    QA Lead Engineer

    Overview

    Nature of Tasks

    • Lead design and implementation of QA processes for SecureNet products Create and execute test plans
    • Work with teams to develop test requirements
    • Create automated test suites for both QA and QC


    PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

    • Lead the design and implementation of QA plans for SecureNet products and its software and services offerings
    • Create procedures that conform to, and enable certification requirements
    • Track quality defects and ensure they are resolved
    • Create and manage the configuration and software payloads on Test Environment, including tools to ensure consistent and quality deployment onto Production Environment.
    • Create or acquire automated regression suites and testing tools for SecureNet software’s Implement security testing, in conjunction with SecureNet’s Security Policies
    • Create a defect reporting process and present quality status to management and executive teams
    • Have primary line responsibility for the quality levels maintained in the SecureNet product development Processes


    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Extensive experience with software testing and software test tools in a commercial environment required.
    • Experience with network management a plus
    • BS Computer Science – or equivalent experience
    • 5 years testing experience required
    • Applicable certifications and testing training a plus
    • Experience with MSFT platforms required.
    • Familiarity with protocols such as SNMP, HTTP, SOAP, SOA, Web Services required
    • Experience with network and server security, including firewalls, VPN, Anti-Virus, Patch Management a plus
    • Experience with Common Criteria, FIPS, IA and other Dodd or Federal certifications a big plus

    Software Engineer - Applications

    Duties and Responsibilities

    SecureNet provides electronic processing of credit/debit card transactions for all the major credit and debit card agencies on the ISO 8583 standards. From specifications, analyze and design technical specifications that meet requirements. Participate in the full life cycle from specifications through implementation in a development model. Participate in the development, testing, implementation and documentation of required Windows and web based Internet compliant applications in a secure and robust environment (front and back end) utilizing Visual Studio, C#, ASP.net, WCF Windows Services, C++, in a .NET framework running under an ORACLE RDBMS and Windows/UNIX environment. Insure applications development is compatible with existing systems architecture. Coordinate development of application components and insure they interface with existing systems architecture and applications environment. Insure delivery of software in a professional manner consistent with specifications. Maintain project records and technical documentation.



    Required Skills:

    Requires a Master's Degree in Computer Science and 1 year of experience. Job Site: Rockville, MD. Full Time Hours: 40. Scheduled Days: Monday – Friday.





    IT Risk and Compliance Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Plans and executes compliance testing, controls assessment and documentation for IT Security Standards, Payment Card Industry (PCI), Data Privacy, and other compliance requirements as needed.
    • Monitors compliance with information security policies and standards by conducting data privacy assessments, internal control reviews and risk assessments.
    • Maintains a current knowledge of IT-related regulatory compliance requirements and standards.
    • Designs and implements compliance testing, controls assessment and documentation across all IT domains (InfoSecurity, Program Change, IT Operations, Applications Development) and other control and compliance requirements (i.e., PCI, Data Privacy, HIPAA, etc).
    • Manages the overall audit projects by providing guidance to the team and ensuring effective communication within the team and with IT staff and management.
    • Ensures that controls, test plans are adequate to address the compliance objectives and the completeness and accuracy of audit/compliance reports. Ensures that all compliance related matters are appropriately planned, executed and reported.
    • Audits current IT processes to ensure Company compliance.
    • Prepares audit summaries and reports findings.
    • Reviews audit results with appropriate management and provides recommendations.
    • Monitors corrective action plans and related reporting. Reviews the audit/projects test results and provide feedback to staff to correct errors and to help develop team members.
    • Acts as an expert liaison between SecureNet and both internal and external stakeholders on key control and compliance issues.
    • Represents the Company's interests on control design and compliance/testing results with external auditors, Internal Audit, Corporate Compliance, and both IT and end-user process owners.
    • Participates in information security policy development in collaboration with business partners and management.
    • Assists in the execution of information security control reviews to evaluate compliance with published policies and standards.
    • Ensures legislative mandates relating to information security and general computer controls are met throughout the Company.
    • Update information technology compliance policies and procedures.
    • Examine, diagnose and correct security risks and exceptions
    • Provides training, instruction and guidance to staff members.
    • Special projects as assigned.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management Information Systems or related field Professional designations preferred: CISA, CISM, CISSP
    • Strong understanding of information security principles (including risk assessment)
    • Solid understanding of IT audit methodologies
    • Able to work independently as well as on a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • 4 - 6 years experience in IT audit and planning, risk assessment and/or business continuity planning
